Fuse classes encompass a variety of exercise forms, including Pilates, yoga stretch, wheel yoga, interval training, TRX, crystal singing bowls, and personal training. 佔地2,000平方呎,為你打造全面身心訓練體驗。
提供多元化課程,包括小組有氧訓練、普拉提核心床、瑜伽、TRX懸吊訓練,以及一對一私人訓練等。
Occupying 2,000 square feet, our space is designed to offer a comprehensive training experience for both body and mind.
We provide a diverse range of classes, including group cardio workouts, Reformer Pilates, yoga, TRX suspension training, and one-on-one personal training.

新蒲崗 San Po Kong
全館普拉提核心床,為學員提供專業而舒適的訓練環境。除了標準核心床課程外,更增添半架高核心床課程,讓動作變化更豐富,更多元化的課程設計。
The entire studio is equipped with Pilates Reformers, providing members with a professional and comfortable training environment. In addition to standard Reformer classes, we have introduced Half-Tower Reformer sessions, offering greater movement variety and a more diverse program design.
